I felt like trying to draw Link from the Legend of Zelda games the other day, and here's part of what I've got so far.

The grey I used for the hair started to die after one panel, but I milked that marker for all it was worth.

I haven't done any coloring for a long time, and decided to try something slightly different.

I normally don't classify myself as a gamer, at least not in the sense that one plays video games with an almost circadian regularity. It is the case though that there are games I like to play, and like very much; there are also games that I have wanted to play and maybe finally get around to.

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time is a game that falls into this latter category, and thanks to the 3DS being in my grasp I have beaten Ocarina and am going to give that Master Quest thing a shot.

There were naturally parts of this game that incited fury; most of these aspects could well have been avoided if the port to 3DS had been handled with more care, but in some cases these moments were entirely my fault. The following comic sketch celebrates my strife with Shadow Temple's boss Bongo-Bongo. It's also a bit of fun with drawing strange expressions.

True story:

I was very annoyed.


Oh and I got my camera and a present of a new camera altogether. Fun times ahead, folks, you bet.
