lines on my face
I'm very much about lines. I love them: I love how they bend and move, how they can distort our perceptions of what we see, how they can just pop out and appear if the light's bright enough (and even then, the angle of the light totally changes how lines look), etc. etc.
Lines.
One of my photo profs got on my case last year for not being "original" often enough and being too derivative or something when trying to do surreal photography. I'm not even sure what that's all about; while everything is derivative in a way, there's nothing stopping you from making your own original thing.
Anyways, lines. I like them, I like them a lot. Here are some photos of liney things (and some rocks and stuff) I took on a walk today, because by Cosby's sweater I LIKE LINES and will not stop taking photos of them.

Wedding photos
It's been a long week! My last set of finals have commenced.
This past Saturday, two of my friends got married. It was a lovely wedding, and I'm so happy for them! Following are a few photos I took during the reception; no, I'm not putting up photos of the couple since they would be very shy about me doing so.
Bubbles were provided, ostensibly for the purpose of letting the guests menace each other, as you will see.
